The Crown Inn at Sydenham can provide the facilities for all these and more.

Whether it's a group from work or a family gathering - let Tom & Carol know your requirements and they will arrange it all - leaving you to enjoy yourself with your colleagues or family.

Treasure Hunts. Starting and finishing at the Crown, the routes take you through some of the prettiest villages in south-east Oxfordshire. Nothing too challenging, just enough to make it interesting and you won't get lost. Children - no problem! All routes have built in clues for the little people (as long as they can count). Plus a light buffet supper or something more filling, it's up to you.

Quiz nights. Sunday to Thursday evenings. 10 categories, 10 questions per category. Teams of 4 or more competing for a cash prize. The evening includes a light buffet supper served at the interval.

"Aunt Sally". Sunday to Thursday evenings. Challenge your colleagues, friends or family to a game of "Aunt Sally", an old pub game unique to Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Any one can play, you just need a sense of direction and a keen eye. A light buffet supper or Pig Roast / Barbecue included. If it's raining, traditional Pub games such as dominoes, darts, cribbage, shove ha'penny can be played in the delightful surroundings of this 16th Century Inn.

Live Entertainment & Discos. The Crown Inn frequently presents live entertainment with local acts. Looking for a venue for an evening out? Dinner with Disco or live entertainment can be arranged, please ring for details.
